DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Delivery within Lagos takes 1-3 working days, while deliveries outside Lagos but within Nigeria take 4-6 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are fulfilled by DHL and are trackable. Delivery time for international orders is 5-7 working days after order placement.
RETURN POLICY
Item(s) are eligible for RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND if The5kFashionStore receives them within:
TIMELINE:
- 3 business days from the date of delivery/pickup for orders placed within Lagos.
- 5 business days from the date of delivery for orders placed within Nigeria but outside Lagos.
- 10 business days from the date of delivery for orders shipped outside Nigeria.
The item(s) MUST physically be in our possession within the specified timeframe to qualify for an exchange or refund. No exceptions will be made.
- Orders with “Pick up in store” are only eligible for a refund if picked up within 2 weeks of the order date. Pickups beyond this period are eligible for store credit only.
- Orders picked up after 6 weeks will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
EXCEPTIONS:
- Items purchased, picked up, and/or fitted in-store cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Items bought online cannot be swapped for items in-store.
- Customers requesting store credit vouchers can expect to receive them within 12-24 hours.
CHARGES:
- Customers are responsible for sending the item(s) back to The5k Fashion Store as we do not provide shipping labels.
- For exchanges, customers are required to pay any further delivery fees.
- The re-delivery fee is the same as the initial shipping fee charged during the original order.
Once we receive your return, an exchange will be shipped within 48 hours, or a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
METHOD OF REFUNDING:
Refunds are issued minus the cost of shipping via the same payment gateway used during purchase (e.g., Flutterwave)
PRODUCT CONDITION:
To qualify for an exchange or refund:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, free from blemishes, and returned in their original packaging.
- If an item is received damaged, no refund or exchange will be possible, regardless of the circumstance. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to have the item returned.
SALE items or items purchased with a discount code are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Only full-price items qualify for refunds or exchanges.
In the case of a faulty item, customers must file a complaint within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 20 days. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
